My Fitness Coach has an interdisciplinary training approach to fitness.
Core Components include: Mobility and Balance, Strength Conditioning, Cardio Training, Flexibility and Nutrition. Your coach will begin by addressing any past or present injuries or factors that may hinder your daily activities. By the age of 40, most adults have sustained or acquired some injury or ailment that may hinder their mobility and balance. This may cause pain or discomfort in their daily activities and harm their overall wellness. The goal of My Fitness Coach Nola is to help you regain your ability to perform your daily activities, pain free, and be fit for movement!
