My Fitness Coach offers one-on-one personal training, couples training and group training. We also offer weekly group fitness classes for a variety of levels and goals. All fitness levels welcomed, modifications made as needed.

At home services for the elderly and wheelchair bound are also available.

One-on-One: $60/hour

Nutritional Counseling

Learn the value of your nutrition by shopping, eating, and learning how nutrition plays a key role in your health and wellness. Learn the basics of nutrition in one of our 8 or 12 week programs.

Yoga & Stretching

A combination of basic yoga and stretching. Stretch your entire body with beginner's yoga poses and slow, gentle stretching to relieve stress, and gain a greater range of motion. 

All fitness levels welcome, modifications by the instructor as needed.

Tone & Sculpt

Full body workout with light dumbbells including focus on your core. The intensity level is controlled by the participant and form and technique are guided by an instructor. All levels, with modifications as needed.

Core n Abs

Strengthen your core and lower back to improve posture, balance and reduce the occurrence of lower back pain. 

All fitness levels welcome, modifications by the instructor as needed.

Circuit Cardio

A high intensity class to burn calories and get your heart rate up. This full body workout that focuses on muscular endurance and cardio strength, through interval resistance training on 8-10 stations, with 1 minute of work and 30 seconds rest between each.
